How to consume garlic  You can include a limited amount of garlic in your diet, but do ask your doctor about it once.  You can consume a few buds of raw or dried garlic on an empty stomach every day.  After that you can also drink lemon juice in lukewarm water.  If you want, you can take one or two garlic buds finely and mix them in spinach smoothie.  If you do not like to eat whole garlic, then use less than half a teaspoon of garlic paste or a garlic clove finely chopped.  You can also eat garlic daily by adding it to vegetables or soups.  You can also drink garlic tea.  You can also roast some garlic cloves in ghee and eat it.  Take two to three garlic buds mixed with green onion, broccoli and beetroot juice.  If you are allergic to any of these things, please consult your doctor once.  Note that if you have any allergies, you must ask the doctor before including garlic in your di...
