 1. Aloe vera juice: The easiest way to include aloe vera in the diet is to make it by making juice.  This method is the easiest and is going to be ready in less time.

 How to make aloe vera juice: To make aloe vera juice, take out a big leaf from its plant.  Peel off the leaves and separate the gels present in it.  Now wash this gel with water and stir it in a mixer or juicer and remove its juice.  You can mix its water, coconut water.  Honey can also be added to sweeten it.  If you want to improve its taste, then you can also add cucumber or apple juice to it

Include in Aloe Vera Salad: To take advantage of Aloe Vera's properties, you add its leaves to the salad.  In addition to gels, aloe vera leaves are also generally considered safe to eat.  You can wash and chop fresh aloe vera leaves (make sure you remove the spiky ends, separate the flat green leaves from the latex and gels and wash it thoroughly) and mix it with your summer salad.

3. Use in salad dressings Aloe vera: Aloe vera gels can be added to salad dressings.  Due to its thin texture, it can be easily mixed with ingredients like olive oil, vinegar.  Aloe vera can make for a nutritious salad dressing.

4. How to make Aloe Vera ice-cubes: Aloe vera is used to soothe irritation.  The diluted gels can be poured into an ice-cube tray and frozen and then applied to the affected area for immediate relief.  These cubes can also be kept for use in smoothies.  Add some aloe gel cubes to your blender while fruity smooth and blending.
